What Is the Elf Report Card?
The Elf Report Card is the very same form Santa’s helpers use when they check in on families. Each card features the North Pole Post Office insignia, official grading boxes for kindness, helpfulness, and Christmas spirit, plus a signature line for your family’s visiting elf or parent helper to sign.

How to Use Your Printable
- Download the Elf Report Card below.
- Print on white or festive paper. (The elves prefer cardstock — fewer crinkles in Santa’s filing cabinets!)
- Fill it out using red, green, or gold ink. You can grade by stars, checkmarks, or even stickers!
- Leave it out near your Elf on the Shelf, under the tree, or taped to the fridge for Santa to review.
